PRECISION METAL FOLDING
We provide precision metal folding and forming for bespoke components and fabrication projects. Using advanced press-brake equipment, we can fold metal sheets up to 4m wide and create accurate angles, bends and profiles without removing material.
Our capabilities allow us to manufacture both straightforward folded sections and more complex components for bespoke stainless steel, aluminium and other metalwork projects. Every piece is produced with close attention to dimensions, consistency and finish.
ADVANCED CNC METAL FORMING
Our team uses CNC technology to deliver repeatable, precision-controlled metal folding and forming. Computer-controlled processes help achieve accurate measurements, efficient production and consistent results across individual components or repeated parts.
Using suitable tooling, we can form a variety of shapes including angles, channels, boxes and more complex profiles. CNC forming can also be combined with laser profile cutting to manufacture detailed components from sheet material.

Our metal folding capabilities form part of a broader range of in-house engineering services. Components can be cut, formed, welded and incorporated into bespoke stainless steel and aluminium products according to individual project requirements.
